« Nous avons passé un séjour de 3 nuits en famille dans ce bel endroit idéalement situé. Proche de la plage, loin du bruit de la circulation tout en étant proche du centre-ville. Ce fût très pratique lorsque nous sommes partis en excursion à Nantucket ! Et le mémorial de JFK n'est pas loin non-plus. Une bonne adresse pour notre séjour ! Merci à Tom d'avoir toujours été très réactif à nos questions. »

Perfect location to walk to the beach, use the community pool and shop/dine on Main Street Hyannis. Steve is very prompt to respond and checks in with us to make sure our stay is perfect. « We loved our stay at this property! The house is close to the grocery store and activities, but it didn't feel like you are in a main area. The view is wonderful, the outdoor shower is great, the two decks are relaxing and it was the perfect getaway. Kevin is communicative and very quick to reply to any messages! »

« Thank you for sharing your family home with us. It is absolutely perfect. Every morning we ate breakfast on the screened in porch. Days were spent at various beaches throughout the Cape as well as exploring Brewster and playing mini golf. The home is so comfortable. Loved the outdoor shower! And it’s such a short quiet walk to the amazing beach with its soft sand. Thank you for sharing this home and this space where, for these four days, the stress disappeared. »

« This was the perfect spot for our family get away. Plenty of room for myself, my husband, and son. The home was clean and a stones throw from the beach where you could sit out and hear the waves as you have your morning coffee. Will definitely be booking with them again next summer! »

« The house was just as advertised. It was perfect for our girls weekend. Close to everything, but far enough where it was peaceful and quiet at night despite being closer to the road. The bed and pullout bed were super comfortable! We had a great time and would definitely be back! »

« Location and value could not have been beat.. With no more than a 1-2 minute walk to the beach.. The unit was clean and tidy when we arrived.. It had everything we needed and more. The host is extremely responsive and helpful..Now for the slight nuances, the place slightly loud if you have loud neighbours, but nothing that turning on the ac can't help to drown out the noise,I would definitely come back here, the price is unbeatable »

« This was a wonderful place for me, my husband and our 18 year old daughter. We had an initial issue, but Jackie took care of it as quickly as possible.It’s a perfect location for exploring the cape. We went to five baseball games and 2 shows and it was a great middle point for our adventures.The bed was comfortable, the kitchen well stocked (but no lobster pot), and the weather was nice enough that my daughter could use the porch as her bedroom.
