« The room we stayed in had an issue with the door hanger in the bathroom when using it to hold our wet towels - it came off the door. Otherwise, everything was excellent. I just wish the pet fee which said when we booked the hotel was a flat fee; however, when we arrived, the pet fee was PER NIGHT. We still would have chosen comfort suites but full transparency at the time of booking thru Expedia would have been information we could have used. »

« The staff at this Drury Inn were wonderful. I needed help printing a parking pass for an event and they were so helpful. I also shared an elevator with a staff maintenance man and he noticed my luggage cart was falling apart and he stopped everything and fixed it in minutes for me. They really seemed to are about their guests and that is exactly how I felt is a guest they cared about. I love the breakfast and dinner. It seemed to be quality. »

« The overall stay was okay. The staff was nice and helpful and the room was pretty clean and nice. The check-in process was easy as well. Our complaint is that the telephone did not work at all and there was no remote for the television. Things which need to be checked per room and is a part of the package you look to have for convenience and safety. The staff was willing to get things checked but we had to leave the room for a scheduled conference and it was really late when we got back in and...

« Nice but basically an unattended VBRO. Have a number to call for “emergencies”. No mention our room was on 3rd floor with no elevator until we arrived. No coffee or tea pods available (any floor) Monday am but staff had clearly added water to the common area(s) Keurig. No response to texts sent to Ashely about pods or checkout. Parking lighting didn’t always work. Parking is lot that says hotel only but there is nowhere to register your car- so how do you know it won’t be towed? Door to room...
