The staff at this hotel were nice and it was in a nice area. The front desk staff was always friendly. With that being said, I would not stay at this hotel again. It was somewhat old and run down. There was no elevator and only stairs to get to the second floor. We stayed there for four days and our room was not cleaned at all. We made our own beds (with no fresh sheets), took out our own trash and took our own dirty towels to the front desk clerk to get clean towels. Even the trash outside of the building was piling up in the trash cans. This hotel costed way more than what it was worth.

The staff was all wonderfully helpful. Jaimeson Jacobs stands out as being especially so. He told me where I could find a nearby church where I could attend Mass.

Mostly clean. Room was clean but exterior had cigarette butts and some trash around. Hallway smelled but room was fine. Breakfast left a bit to be desired. Bed was comfortable.

My sink didn't work properly. I reported it to the front desk. He said he would put it on the list, but nothing was done to fix it and it was disgusting. There is no elevator and no one mentioned this before I booked. The room was dingey and I was afraid to touch anything. Hose keeping showed up at 5:10 pm, despite my having requested that the refresh my room before I left for the day. This place Is.nasty and I will never stay there again!

Pictures in listing are not reflective of our room. The room is very dark, mainly because of the paint and the décor. There is a lot of dark colors including an almost mahogany colored bathroom. The bathroom door was clearly replaced and was a misfit. There was a clear gap the entire height of the door and the door jam. The bathroom toilet holder was broken, with the one post missing. The toilet paper roll was standing alone on the side of the tub. The internet promised was a total failure. The link connected and then consistently dropped due to lost signal and interruptions. This was addressed the next AM by resetting their system, which improved the connection a bit but did not resolve the issues. They continued. The "free breakfast" included was I guess technically met, but it was very disappointing and very short on selection/variety. They have 2 cereal options in turn handle dispensers. They have 3 bread options: english muffin, day old bagels and white bread, with toaster provided. A 2 section warmer was on the counter with only one side carrying product, some form of manufactured egg rounds. Yogurt was also available with whole apples. The other side of the warmer was always empty. MISSING were two very important items that I have not seen missing at any other "breakfast" provided hotel. There was no waffle/pancake making unit and there was no meat item at all in the warmer. Coffee and juice machine were provided. The desk person was nice and receptive, but said N/A.

we paid $250 for the worst quality room I have ever stayed in. The person at the front desk was lovely, but I was horrified at the condition of the hotel. I'm so disappointed in Wyndham.

After checking in my first room had bedbugs. Moved to another room. This one had cockroaches on walls and a tub full of dirty water. Disgusted. Front desk was able to refund my money and I left. Still waiting on refund tho.

What a gem!
What a wonderful surprise! This Super 8 was the best budget hotel I've ever stayed in! Clean, quiet, updated. Friendly staff. Super comfortable room - it was huge! Breakfast was a little lack luster but it's free and did the trick. Would go out of my way to stay here again.

Room 122 - Be Careful!
Neal, the front desk manager the night my girlfriend and I stayed was excellent with his recommendation of places to eat. The room, room 122, had an issue : The floor of the tub is soft, and "gives" easily. My GF wasn't expecting that "give", and lost her balance and fell in the shower! Fortunately, nothing was broken and no major injury, she'll just be sore for a couple days. We reported this incident to Neal, who wasn't very sympathetic nor caring about this. There also seem to be people who are permanently residing at the hotel.

My sisters and I stayed at this property for just one night and in the morning while me and my sisters were getting ready one of the “housekeepers” barged into our room without knocking and had the door wide open while we were still getting dressed asking us what time we were checking out and it was only 8:55 in the morning. Checkout was at 11:00 am. The “housekeeper” didn’t have any cleaning supplies or a uniform to indicate he worked for the hotel. This was an invasion of privacy and a disruption of peace. Me and my sisters felt violated. When we went to the front desk to complain the front desk worker was about to issue us a refund for the disorderly conduct of the employee but the owner said not to. I WANT A REFUND FOR MY STAY FOR MY SISTERS AND MY RIGHTS BEING VIOLATED ! ! Contact me as soon as possible 7745816646

It is used as housing for homeless families which I was fine with but the rooms all smell like smoke due to these families sitting outside the doors of the rooms smoking.

The room was very dirty. If you walked on the carpet in bare feet it would turn your feet black. The fire detector was hanging from its cords. The towel rack was hanging from its screws. The blanket was visibly dirty and had cigarette ash marks. There was signs of water leakage and mold in the ceiling. The room smelled of cigarette smoke despite being a non smoking room. I have pictures to prove all this. We had two small children with us and it was very difficult to keep them from touching anything. We did not feel comfortable touching anything. I paid a premium price for this room and it was very disappointing to put it mildly. I had no choice but to stay there do to commitments in the local area. I will never stay there again.

Disgusting, filthy and pungent moldy smell wreaked throughout our room. When we pulled back our bed cover, we saw used blood stained sheets and cigarette burn holes. Next morning, left site for the day to return at 9 pm to find our used sheets piled on bed, garbage still in basket, and dirty towels still on floor in bathroom- No Service! Still unsure of what the dark brown stains on shower walls were in bathroom. During the day it had rained, but did not expect the rain inside our room as evident from soggy wet soaked tiles with water dripping down onto our moldy carpet. Signs of more inside rainfall was predominant with orange buckets staged down the hallway. Breakfast should have posted a sign to eat at your own risk, as the daily “waffles” were from a frozen commercial brand, sitting in a cold warming container without heat, defrosting at room temperature. Plus, the same options for coffee, juice and cold cereal were offered for both days we were there. There is no elevator, so if you were on the second floor, you are obligated to carry your luggage up several awkward inside up/down staircases. Should you choose the outside staircase, note it is bug infested and neglected. The photos they post of their site, DO NOT REFLECT THE DEPLORABLE CONDITIONS!! Never will go or recommend anyone stay there unless you need to rent it by the hour. Horrible. Want a refund!

We were SO disappointed with this hotel. The pictures on the website were 1000 times better than the actual condition of this hotel. The carpet in our room was disgusting - if you made the mistake of walking barefoot in the room, the bottoms of your feet turned black! Needless to say, we kept our shoes on the entire time in the room when walking on their carpet. The hotel is in dire need of a renovation. It smelled funky in the hallways and I think our room had mold. I coughed incessantly in the mornings there (not normal for me) upon waking, as though I was allergic to something in the room. Also, the shower faucet was all jacked…it wasn’t securely fastened to the fiberglass shower backing, which was weird. The bathroom vanity was small and narrow - you could barely place any toiletries on it. The overall cleanliness of the room and bathroom (linens, furniture, tiled bathroom floor) were clean (thanks to their cleaning staff), but the hotel itself felt “gross.” Only upside: the front desk staff, who checked us in (7/13) and checked us out (7/16), we’re super friendly (with the exception of the guy at the front desk on the morning of 7/14, who was rude to my husband at the time that he was breaking down the breakfast service - not friendly or accommodating). Overall, this was a bad experience for us and we’ll never stay at this place again.

The website made the property look pristine. It’s far from it. The room is okay. But it appears many people are living here at the hotel. Loud music and people talking is all we are hearing. Smoke smell in the room when it is non-smoking.

Very friendly staff Was able to switch to a king bed room as a I wanted originally, with no problem. Hotel beds are not usually the most comfortable. I think this one was one of the best I have slept in!
