Room clean, but ac stopped working during the night. It was very noisy outside our room late at night due to 1 other guest who sounded drunk . Breakfast was somewhat skimpy . Overall the hotel seemed overpriced.

Did not go to sleep until 3:30 a.m. because the police had to come back and finally escort this erratic crazy man from the room across the hall!!! Why was this man not escorted out the first time the police came and was a danger to himself and everyone in the hotel is beyond me!!! Very scary:(

It’s crazy that a man was yelling and running at the hallway at 3am for several rounds. No way to get sleep! No safe guard was working to stop him ! Probably another guest called police(nobody could get sleep because all rooms are on the same side ) and they took him then it became quiet. More ridiculous thing: the alarm in your will start ringing in 6am and you cannot stop it!!! And this is not only happening in our room. We heard the room next to us also ringing at that time!!! This was a terrible night because you had no rest at all! Don’t stay here!

I didn’t appreciate such a late check in and having to sign my life away and having a hold put on my card. The property needs a good landscaper as there are weeds everywhere and the vegetation is overgrown. The hallway to the lobby smelled like smoke and the trash cans outside the doors are overflowing. The beds were horribly uncomfortable. The bathroom toilet base was dirty with dried urine and there were 2 washcloths for 3 people and the ice machine was out. We didn’t even bother to find out if they truly offer free breakfast. We left as fast as possible. And they have a crashed car parked out in the back parking lot.

They have a strict no early check in but only one staff member so when inevitably everyone adrives at 3 it is a long line. Room had obvious marrs and scratches but was clean. Super convenient - 15 minute uber ride to Asbury Park.

My car broke down and I had to book a hotel room close by, it was after midnight so it was an early Saturday AM. They wouldn’t let me use the night I booked on Expedia. I was desperate so I gave them my card and paid through them. I was told by the 1st manager I could call Expedia and get the night I booked through them (I even got cancellation insurance.) I woke up in the morning, tried to check out and the manager told me that I have a check in for this evening and I explained no, they told me I had to pay them directly and to call Expedia I have cancellation policy. He told me I will not be refunded, he was demanding I give him my cc and license to book another night. I kept trying to explain to him nicely and he got in my face and screamed at me and told me to get out, no refund for the room. I told him to please relax he was scaring me. It was honestly so upsetting, I didn’t know what to do. He told me to get out right away, I still had things in my room granted it was paid for and he told me I wasn’t getting the money back if I didn’t stay. He screamed and yelled at me so loud, he was cursing at me. As I said I didn’t have a car, my phone was dead. He threw me outside in the cold while I was still a paying customer and threatened me not to come back in. When I said his behavior was scaring me he was screaming at me - don’t book on Expedia they scam you & throw you out if you question them. This man was so scary.

Hotel room was dirty. Bathroom shower was not cleaned. BLACK MOLD on the shower curtain. Bed sheets had a bug and some nasty hair. Pillow covers were dingy not even white. This information is posted on every third-party booking sites. The hotel's website also states that there is a 150 security deposit required at check-in. This information is posted so that guest are aware that there is a deposit required upon check-in.

Expedia was awful for referring me here. The service was horrible. The towels were filthy and dingy. They were not accommodating. Staff was very rude. I would not want my worst enemy to go here. No one in the world should have such an unpleasant stay and pay for it. The room is extremely small there’s no walk room. There was barely room for your luggage. And the free breakfast is disgusting.

I accidentally made a booking almost 3 weeks out and they refused to refund me although I made a second booking for the correct date. The TV remote in my room was sticky to the touch and obviously not cleaned. The shower looked old and dirty. Funny how such a shotty hotel has the gall to be inflexible and its subpar at best.
