Très bon service, services de déjeuner/buffet inclus très bon et copieux, ainsi que "5 à 7" gratuit au bar à tous les soirs très apprécié! Excellente literie (blanche), serviettes épaisses de qualité. Seul hic: tout l'hôtel a besoin de sérieux rafraîchissement, autant au niveau de la décoration, des tapis, des fenêtres qui ont l'air malpropres (thermos brisés)

We’ve stayed at this property before and we enjoy it. They offer a nice breakfast also an evening reception. It’s a little dark in the lobby and the room is very bare but clean and comfortable.

They had fire alarm drills twice within two days at 0900 am. There was no warning or information. Was told by the cleaning lady that it was a drill, but no information was passed to people who were there. The alarms caused migraines two days in a row. Thanks.

Excellent support staff. Very accommodating and centrally located. I enjoyed a drama-free, stress-free relaxing 3 nights. The king suite more than fit my needs with comfortable bedding. I would like to especially thank Shamika at the front desk for all her efforts to accommodate my early flight arrival into West Palm Beach and her meticulous attention to detail. Thank you. I will continue to check Embassy Suites first in the future for my hotel-travel needs.

I have travelled all over the world, and never had to request housekeeping to clean the room, replace towels and turn the bed on a daily basis. In this hotel they missed two days in a row & I had to request them to come in a third day. The sports center had no towels, and the garbage pail was overflowing. The front desk was short staffed at times.

I love embassy suites thats my favorite hotel. On this stay only thing that was wrong was something with the AC and i was post op i couldn't take the heat so it was a bad experience

The most comfortable bed I've experienced in a hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The surrounding area did not appear as upscale as the hotel itself though.

Hotel is in desperate need of renovation. They have no food service during the day..the restaurant/bar does not open until 5:30. The rooms are very old and housekeeping never came to our room and we were in need of towels and washcloths. But I will say that the front desk staff is very friendly with excellent service!

Jessie at the Front desk - 5 stars! Great location - strange set up. Bar/restaurant hours extremely limited - you also can not order from the bar if eating at the restaurant - but, you can eat IN the bar off the restaurant menu. We had a lovely corner suite (beware of the blinding lights from the Gulf simulator!). For being next to the elevator and airport, room was quiet! A/C was broken - they fixed it. Tiny ants everywhere in room - front desk just said "sorry".

It was ok. But considering price paid the property wasn’t as clean as hoped. The kitchenette sink didn’t work properly. The faucets were too tight. The room overall felt like it needed work and maintenance

Room was very nice. Unfortunately the curtains didn’t block out enough light. A lot of light shined in from outside. And a little noisy from the road

Our stay was fine until we decided to dine in their restaurant. We waited for over an hour and 30 minutes for two burgers. The other tables around us ended up leaving because they were there longer and never received their food. Bad communication between the staff. The manager seemed surprised that we still didn’t receive our order after waiting that long when he was the one who took our order. We ended up leaving because of the wait. All we received was an apology for the wait. Besides that, the stay at the hotel was fine. We just decided to dine outside of the restaurant after that.

Fantastic in Every Way
My flight was delayed and I reached the hotel at 2 am. The gentleman who checked me in could not have been nicer and quickly checked me in with consummate professionalism and concern for me. I will make this my go-to hotel in West Palm Beach

The property is close to the airport. It is pretty close to downtown West Palm Beach. I liked the daily breakfast especially the freshly made omelet every morning. I was able able to get two complimentary drinks from the bar, every evening.
