Drew was very accommodating and responsive to questions and requests. He went the extra mile with Christmas decor as well a box of donuts from Dunkin. West Palm Beach is a lot more urban than we had realized but the neighborhood is nice and quiet. The property feels bigger than it is because of the layout and landscaping which also helped to screen neighboring properties. The house wasn't quite as modern on the inside as we had expected but we still received good value for the price. We had a large group with lots of children and there was lots of space for them to explore and play. We also appreciated the large outside dining area. The pool can make you itch from the fiberglass so would recommend having minimal contact with the sides. The hot tub was heavy on chlorine. Overall had an excellent experience.

We are a family of 13, 3 siblings/spouses,5 adult children and one 4 yr old, together to meet up with another sibling's family and our 97 year old mother for Thanksgiving. This house is a fantastic space for a large group. Other than Thanksgiving, we had dinner for up to 15 people at this house. There are enough different rooms and living quarters to give everyone privacy .The outdoor space, with the pool an the hot tub were favorites. Drew, the host, was amazing. RESPONSIVE to any concern and question we had. A lot of us are walkers, and found great places and neighborhoods for our daily walks. HIGHLY recommend this VRBO!!!

This house was perfect for a group of 12 girls for a bachelorette weekend. We loved every minute and even at times favored hanging at the house/pool instead of being out. We’d definitely stay again. The house was recently updated and it’s way better than the current pictures show!It feels like they thought of everything guests could want for a stay at the house. The beds were comfy, house was clean and decorated well, there was so much space inside & out, the pool area was super nice, there was outdoor speakers, and the outdoor chess & mini golf games were a bonus. It felt secure (locked gates) and was in a residential area. It only took us 10-15 mins to uber to the popular areas!The host, Drew, was super accommodating and was helpful every step of the way. We were able to extend by a few hours which helped with travel plans. It’s been a while since I’ve had such a great host!I do want to mention one issue that we had - the main house’s downstairs bathroom toilet as well as the garden apt’s bathroom toilet did not flush well at all and would spontaneously make bubbling/gurgling noises. I mentioned this to the host during our stay and he was receptive- hopefully it’s fixed soon!10/10 would recommend.

Amazing Tropical Oasis

The house was even better than the pictures and was perfect for our large group of girls. The pool and hot tub were lovely, there were lots of different spaces inside and out for us to hang out and enjoy. In addition to the pool, there is are put-put holes, a large chess board, a grand outside table for everyone to sit outside and eat. The host was super responsive and the check in and out process was super easy. We loved staying here and would definitely book it again if we are ever in west palm! I highly recommend!

We had the pleasure of staying at this incredible rental home in West Palm Beach, and I cannot recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the charm and luxury of this completely renovated house. Andrew and Mauro are perfect hostesses with an eye for making people feel like they are away on an island oasis estate. The space is absolutely perfect, with a generous layout that includes multiple rooms between the main house and cabana house, making it ideal for groups or families. The living areas are stylishly decorated with a modern yet inviting feel, offering plenty of room to spread out and relax. One of the standout features of the home is the entertaining space. The open-concept living area flows seamlessly into the backyard, where you'll find a beautifully designed outdoor area with a sparkling pool that was perfect for relaxing and cooling off. The patio area is ideal for hosting family dinners or simply enjoying the gorgeous Florida weather with plenty of seating options, making it an entertainer's dream.The home is spotlessly clean and every detail has been thought through. You can tell that a lot of care went into the renovations, and it truly feels like a brand-new home. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious getaway in West Palm Beach!

Golf Trip - West Palm

I organized a golf trip with 7 buddies and we stayed at this location. The Palmetto House was fantastic for this occasion. Drew, our host was very accommodating and responsive. The amenities were great - it was a perfect set up for 8 guys to quickly get to nearby courses and then have a great place to come home and relax. We took advantage of the hot tub and the grill quite a bit. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect property for our cousins weekend

We just got back from a 3 night stay at Palmetto House and couldn't be happier with the experience. We wanted a place that could comfortably sleep 10 adults, and that was also large enough to allow our cousins who live close by to hang with us during the day. The property is clean and nicely decorated. There were snacks waiting for us when we arrived, along with a personal note from Drew, our host. There are dining areas both inside and outside, and the outside area is so welcoming that we cancelled our dinner reservations for the final night, opting instead to make dinner so we could have a leisurely meal together. The kitchen is well stocked and had what we needed to make a delicious meal. There is also a grill so you can cook outside. The grounds are private, with a pool, hot tub, covered lounging area and even a mini-golf course. Drew was attentive throughout our stay and was an excellent host. I would recommend this property if you are in the area.

A beach bach to remember!

We book Drew’s place for my little sister’s bachelorette weekend and it was beyond our expectations. Clean and well-stocked with enough space for 12 girls, well-located, and communicative, accommodating host leading up to the trip. The pictures don’t do it justice!

I brought my extended family together on this property to celebrate my mom’s 75th birthday. We were notified that we would be able to check in a bit early. We were greeted with snacks, donuts, cupcakes and candles for my mom’s birthday! The kitchen was nicely appointed, and I was able to assemble some elaborate dinners for 15 people, as well as bake an assortment of cakes. My family sat on the back patio and played guitars, we enjoyed the pool, hot tub and took some family photos in the courtyard. Conveniently located to stores and restaurants, and safe to walk or bike around the area. Highly recommend this gem of a property!

Wonderful, spacious property

A group of friends and one toddler stayed in this home for a getaway wedding weekend - and we loved it. The home, living spaces, pool and yard were all so wonderful to enjoy as a group. Andrew was so accommodating as our host, helped us with every need we had and made sure our stay was excellent. The home is close to everything the Palm Beaches has to offer and we all hope to stay in this home again should we visit next time. Thanks again!
