« Walked into a musty smell, dishwasher full of dishes and wet towels in the dryer. 2of3 bdrms and 1of2 bthrms in a converted basement that were not to code, the bthrm had no window/fan/vents with stained ceiling tiles, a floor you dare not walk on with bare feet & a moldy shower curtain to boot; the king-size-bedroom had no legal means of egress, only window in the room over 4.5' off the ground and not even 12" tall; did not come close to RI egress requirement 5.7sqft. « The location of this property is excellent. The apartment is spacious and in a wonderful location in walking distance to everything in town. There are water views across the street, and that's lovely! Inside the floors are uneven and the layout is unusual. This was fine for us but wouldn't be if I was staying more than a night or two. For instance, the silverware is not in the same room as the kitchen. So preparing and serving a meal would not be as smooth as one might expect. The real issue...

« Our family had a fantastic stay! Chris was extremely responsive and kind, the house location and layout with bedrooms upstairs could not be more comfortable, and our pup felt right at home in the garden out back. « The property is absolutely beautiful. My wife and I stayed here with our three pups and it was perfect. There's a fenced in little area for the dogs with a doggy door inside and a ramp so they could go as they needed to without needing to hook them up to their leashes or carry them to the fenced in area which was a major plus early in the morning while the grass is dewy and at night to avoid the mosquitoes (because there are plenty of those.)
