« What’s fantastic person the owner, Cheryl is!! Friendly and helpful!! She’d double booked so she gave us her whole house to use!! The property was very well maintained and even came with a semi tame weka!! (A NZ ground bird) A cereal breakfast, milk, yoghurt and filter coffee we’re left for us!! Even the wifi was strong!! The rooms and bathroom were very comfortable and I would fully recommend this motel. I would love to stay again even though I’d get a much smaller room!! »

« We were attracted online to this property by its immaculate presentation and when we got there we certainly weren't disappointed. Fresh, comfortable and well appointed this cottage is perfectly located over looking the Orowaiti Lagoon. There is plenty of bird life right in front of you, pied oyster catchers, stilts and paradise ducks to name a few, the view is always changing. Our host met and greet us but left us to it during our stay. There is so much to do and see in the Buller region, this...

« The short steep stair access and low ceilings are certainly real but we (80 and 73) managed just fine. The bed was amazingly comfortable and the location, spaciousness and kitchen outfitting were great...which made for a very nice 3 night stay--much of which was wet and cold! Thank you »
