We were never notified that our unit was ready even though it had passed 4 o’clock. When we arrived at the unit at 4:15 the cleaning lady claimed to only be waiting for the dryer to finish. I told her it was no big deal we just wanted to rest. We could put the sheets on ourselves.. She appeared very flustered and disorganized. Once she left and we were able to settle in, we noticed how dirty the condo was. The bathtub has not been scrubbed in a month. There is soap scam on the side walls of the bathtub. The shower curtain in the bathtub is black and moldy. The towels hanging up ready to be used are four different colors of white. It was pretty gross. There is without a question, no standard cleaning going on in this unit over a long period of time. Other wear and tear is starting to devalue the unit as well. The dishwasher door is broken and one of the crank windows is broken as well. It’s such a shame to let such a nice place become kind of a dump. We will not be using Vacasa in the future.
