The home features bright, open living spaces filled with natural light, hardwood floors throughout, and thoughtfully curated interiors that create a relaxed yet elegant atmosphere. The living room is centered around a cozy fireplace, perfect for quiet mornings with coffee or relaxing evenings after a day at the beach.

The open layout flows seamlessly into the dining area and fully equipped kitchen, making it ideal for gathering with family and friends. Large glass doors lead to outdoor spaces where you can enjoy fresh air, morning sunshine, or evening cocktails: a beautiful, air-conditioned sunroom—an inviting space filled with natural light, perfect for relaxing or enjoying a quiet morning coffee. Just outside, you’ll find a brand-new BBQ grill, ideal for outdoor dining and entertaining during the warmer months.

All bedrooms are appointed with high-quality bedding, including organic cotton bed sheets, duvets, and duvet covers for a comfortable and restful stay.

The lower level features a cozy family room with a comfortable sectional and a 65-inch smart TV.

TVs in the living room and primary suite are smart TVs as well.

Guests love the peaceful setting while still being close to everything Westport has to offer.

We offer non-refundable bookings only. Selecting the non-refundable option will automatically apply a 10% discount to your reservation.

The home is offered exclusively for medium- to long-term rentals. We are experienced in working with insurance providers and relocation companies, ensuring a smooth and professional process if needed.

Pet Policy;

$200 pet fee per stay

A maximum of 2 pets is allowed unless approved in writing in advance



We are a pet friendly home, and we ask that your pets are house friendly too. Please do not allow your pets on the beds or sofas and make sure that they are always attended to. Please always clean up after your pets in outdoor and indoor areas. Guests will be fined and/or restricted from use in the event there are undisclosed pets, excessive damage caused by pets or waste left unattended. If guests arrive with any undisclosed pets there will be an additional charge of $500 per pet.
