The Space:

Raven’s Nest combines a beautifully renovated mountain home with one of the most flexible locations in Whistler for skiing and Village access.

The home accommodates up to eight guests with 4 King bedrooms.



SKI ACCESS

Raven’s Nest gives guests access to a nearby ski-in/ski-out trail approximately an 8 to 10-minute walk from the property.

Grab your equipment from the mudroom, walk to the nearby trail and begin your ski day from there. At the end of the day, ski back to the same area and make the short walk home.

This gives guests a great alternative to loading skis into a vehicle or dealing with resort parking.

The home is also close enough to Whistler Village that you can simply walk into the Village and use the main gondolas if that is your preference.

Having both options makes Raven’s Nest especially convenient for groups where not everyone wants to begin or finish their ski day in exactly the same way.



LIVING AREA

The top-floor living room is the heart of the home, with a gas fireplace, large Smart TV, built-in Sonos sound and beautiful mountain views.

The premium kitchen is fully equipped for meals at home, with the living and dining areas flowing directly onto the outdoor deck.



PRIVATE HOT TUB & SAUNA

Step directly from the living room onto the upper deck and relax in your private hot tub after skiing.

The home also features a private sauna accessed through the primary bedroom’s ensuite bathroom.

After a day on the mountain, choose between the hot tub, sauna or a quiet evening beside the fireplace.



SKI STORAGE

The lower-level mudroom includes dedicated ski storage and a boot dryer, making it easy to organize equipment between ski days.

Garage parking is also included.



LOCATION

Raven’s Nest is located in the Tantalus neighbourhood, combining a peaceful mountainside setting with convenient access to skiing and Whistler Village.

The ski trail is approximately an 8 to 10-minute walk away.

Whistler Village is approximately a 15-minute walk from the home, giving guests easy access to restaurants, shopping, après-ski and the main Whistler and Blackcomb gondolas.

Bedroom 1, Primary King Suite:

King bed, Smart TV and walk-in closet. The ensuite bathroom features a double vanity and walk-in shower. The private sauna is accessed through this bathroom.



Bedroom 2, King Suite:

King bed, storage space and private ensuite bathroom.



Bedroom 3, King Suite:

King bed, beautiful views, storage space and private ensuite bathroom.



Bedroom 4, Private King-Bed:

This enclosed den has its own door and a king bed, providing a private additional sleeping space for 2 guests. A full bathroom is located directly next door rather than being an ensuite.





SAUNA AND APRÈS-SKI COMFORT

In addition to the private outdoor hot tub, Raven’s Nest features a sauna accessed through the primary suite’s ensuite bathroom.

After skiing, choose between a sauna session, a soak in the hot tub on the upper balcony or an evening beside the gas fireplace. Returning to the home is part of the Whistler experience.



PARKING, SKI STORAGE AND LAUNDRY

Garage parking is available at the home.

The mudroom includes ski storage and a boot dryer, providing a convenient place to organise equipment and dry your gear after skiing.

An in-home washer and dryer are also available during your stay.



4 king beds, beautifully renovated interiors, remarkable mountain views, a private sauna and your own balcony hot tub, all close to the ski hill and Whistler Village. Raven’s Nest is designed for enjoying Whistler from the first run of the morning through the final soak of the evening.



Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the entire home and all advertised amenities, including the private hot tub on the upper balcony, sauna, living and dining areas, fully equipped kitchen, all bedrooms and bathrooms, in-home laundry, mudroom, ski storage, boot dryer and garage.



The hot tub is located directly off the living room and is exclusively for your group. There are no shared areas within the home.



The Neighborhood:

Raven’s Nest is tucked into the peaceful Tantalus neighbourhood on Whistler Mountain, combining beautiful mountain views and a setting surrounded by trees with exceptional proximity to the ski hill and Whistler Village.



The nearby ski run is approximately 100 metres from the front door, providing ski-in/ski-out access via a short walk when snow conditions and mountain operations permit. Spend the day exploring Whistler Blackcomb, then return to the private hot tub on the upper balcony for a soak surrounded by nature.



Whistler Village is approximately a 15-minute walk or 2-minute drive away, making it easy to enjoy restaurants, cafés, shopping and après-ski before returning to the quieter mountainside setting.



In summer, Whistler’s hiking, mountain biking, golf courses and lakes are all within easy reach. Raven’s Nest gives you privacy, views and nature without feeling removed from everything Whistler has to offer.



Getting Around:

The nearby ski run is approximately 100 metres from the front door and is reached by a short walk that includes stairs. When snow coverage and mountain operations permit, guests can use the run to ski to and from the area near the home.



Whistler Village is approximately a 15-minute walk or 2-minute drive away. Walking is a great option when the weather is pleasant, while driving or taking a taxi is more convenient when carrying ski equipment, travelling with children or returning after dinner. The walk back from the Village is uphill.



Once you return home, the private hot tub is located directly off the living room, making it easy to settle in and relax after skiing or exploring the Village.



Other Things to Note:

The private hot tub is outdoors on the upper balcony directly off the living room. It is exclusively available to your group and surrounded by the home’s natural mountain setting.



Ski-in/ski-out access requires a short walk of approximately 100 metres and includes stairs. Access depends on snow coverage, weather conditions and the relevant ski run being open.



The private king-bed den is fully enclosed with its own door. Its bathroom is located directly next door rather than being an ensuite.
