The only issue we had was that the property manager uses Hosteeva instead of Vrbo for bookings so after paying Vrbo I received an email from Hosteeva saying my payment didn't go through. I had to submit a separate payment to Hosteeva which seemed a little sketchy at first, but it turned out fine. I would suggest booking directly with Hosteeva for the property to save yourself the Vrbo fee...
