Location de vacances de particulier à White Plains

« We were very disappointed. Listing said no smoking. There was a sign stating that right above the ashtray. The room smelled of stale smoke and there were burn holes in the sheet. The bathrm was clean but the room was very dirty. I had to wipe down dressers before I put items on them. The rag was very dirty. I have a photo showing this. I wiped the shelf under the air conditioner and that one was black. The set up was unique. A code to get into foyer of house. Then through a curtain to your sitting...

« This lovely suite was clean, comfortable and convenient and we’re so happy to have discovered it. We’ll be back. Shelton was immediately responsive and helpful throughout the process of our reservation and stay. The suite is on a quiet, peaceful street within walking distance of restaurants, deli’s, and coffee shops. »

« This was such a wonderful place to call home for our first night away. From the moment we arrived, it felt peaceful, private, safe and welcoming. We were four women traveling alone and the privacy was top notch. The communication was wonderful from start to finish and made the whole experience easy. This was also the first place I saw fireflies and it was magical. Between the fireflies, bunnies and...

« This guy is a scammer, an hour before my checkin they finally sent me the "location" and claimed they needed more time to clean the property. Then at 5 pm and hour after they claimed their was a gas leak and I couldn't stay there. Only thing is the address they sent me wasn't real and I am convinced this listing is fake in and used to trick people into staying at their actual property in yonkers. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! »

« Nice place very spacious and easy access to property. Clean and efficient »

An alternate place to stay was finally provided at no additional charge but much smaller than what had been booked. Given the absence of communication for four days and then a sudden incident the day of check-in - the day...
