Séjour idyllique dans un paysage incroyable! Les chambres sont spacieuses et très bien équipées. Le personnel est attentif. Un seul regret... ne pas être restés plus longtemps!

Amazing spot however the hotel did not meet our standard of a 5 star hotel. Bed was uncomfortable, air conditioning didn’t work one night, there was a tray of of cigarettes in the outdoor shower, upon arrival we had to wait 1.5 hours for our room with no access to our baggage. All staff were 5 star and their service was amazing.

Its more like a 3 star than a 5 star hotel. A lot of missing to be on a premium level - this starts with unregulary housekeeping, limited trained staff, high prices vs less performance, et cetera

We are very disappointed !! The curtains from the room was fell apart.. took 2 days to get fixed!! Room service need to be requested after all day out side !! Last night the air conditioning stopped working around 9pm .. and the hotel didn’t come over to fixed!! Today we went to reception for checkout and the reception knew about .!! Why they didn’t change the room ? That’s supposed to be 5 star hotel ..

Not worth the money, go to the Maldives.
Room was great, staff were nice, but some were very undertrained and unprofessional, but food was awful, and drinks were very slow, I won't be going there again. If I am going to pay an absolute fortune to go to this island, I would expect amazing food and drinks to flow. I also think it's an absolute rip off to charge so much for the boat to and from Hamilton to Hayman. It should be free or at least a reasonable cost.

It was absolutely beautiful. The ocean and the views were amazing and the pool was very nice. Breakfast was great. Dinners were expensive and selections were somewhat limited and the first night we were told all the restaurants were full on a Monday and they did not seem that busy. Room was beautiful. Long hike to blue pearl bay for snorkeling but once there, was nice. Nice gym. I would definitely nitely come back

Not the best place to go to for the price you pay. Over rated. We had issues with our room and dining options aren’t great only two over priced places for lunch with limited options.

The island, resort and facilities are absolutely divine. The staff were all brilliant and so helpful and friendly. We came away feeling really pampered and special. It was the perfect way to celebrate our 30th Wedding Anniversary and our Pool Room was just gorgeous. It was all beyond our wildest dreams. BamBam restaurant was amazing with big serves and even bigger smiles. The Seafood Buffet was underwhelming but our booking wasn't until 8pm so the food was a little dry and lobster had been on ice for so long that it was quite hard to get out of the shell. Other than that - it was heavenly!

This property is wonderful and unique. The food is amazing. Unfortunately the staff is under trained - not a 5 stars level hotel. We understand the shortage of staff but definitely should revisit their prices accordingly. I wish them all the best and to continue to improve.

The staff were amazing, friendly and very helpful. Bam Bam was our favourite restaurant by far. We dined at Amici but unfortunately our pizza was undercooked. Breakfast buffet was vast. If you like buffets you will pleased. Unfortunately we dont as generally all the hot food is barely warm unless they are cooking you an omelette to order. We would rather have had breakfast a la carte. Our beachfront pavillion was beautiful with all the modern cons. Our bed was far too soft and very uncomfortable but once again if you like a soft mattress you will be pleased.

No Better Place for Our Honeymoon
This is quite a difficult review to write. On one hand, we had a small problem with the hot water(which was fixed promptly in the middle of the night) and the catering could be a bit slow at times. On the other hand, most of the staffs here would take every opportunity to make your stay better. Promptly responding to each of our request and providing knowledges about the islands and wildlifes. And most importantly, the island itself is just so unreal. Every spot you go, every activities you join, you would be looking at sceneries that could only be found on megazines otherwise. The resort itself, the activities and the services from the staffs oversahdow every shortcomings of the hotel. It's a place one must go in his/her lifetime

Loved the location and the resort was excellent. The only problem we had was you are limited to the restaurants on the resort and the prices were well above what they should have been. However, the breakfast buffet provided every morning was exceptional. The excursions were very expensive. There are no other options.

Most staff are friendly and helpful Reservations: (a) We are entitled to check in at 2pm however we were placed at BAM BAM restaurant for "lunch" explained my room 306 was under cleaning and Not ready. This is not acceptable at this level of hotel. The Hotel reservation called me around 0205pm but the key arrived 30" later

Having travelled to Dubai and the Maldives we've been lucky to have experienced 5 star resorts. The staff here seem inexperienced with little desire to assist customers. Often requests, such as a high chair or crayons were simply forgot. Getting food or drink by the pool is made more complex than necessary and on one occasion we were told we can't give you a menu unless you sit at a table. Ordering via QR code on the table by the pool would be so much easier ! Food choice is generally limited on the island and the food is expensive and only so so in quality. The resort has potential, they need to improve the dining options and recruit staff with customer service training.

Home grown Maldives at your doorstep
The island facility and infrastructure was well appointed and very relaxing with a magnificent outlook. Service was variable dependent the time of day and experience of the staff. Food at Bam Bams was an hour late and the dish choices we selected were far too complicated in flavours (personal taste preference) Overall a great stay, very relaxing, quiet and restful. For the value we would recommend Hayman Island for a local get away escape.
