The property itself is amazing as is the view, location, pool, and buggy.
Concierge pickup was helpful, although we needed to wait an extra 30 minutes more than necessary due to picking up and dropping off another group.
When we arrived the room wasn't ready and we were told we would get a text but the text never came.
Kitchen is well equipped but the dishwasher wasn't great. Dinner plates didn't fit and all had to be handwashed. There were no cups or glasses that children could reach.
The toaster and coffee machine are excellent quality. There was tea and a few coffee capsules but it appeared just what was left from the people before.
The TV's are all modern smart TV's with all apps (need to sign in with our accounts).
The most significant issue was that there was a scheduled water outage for maintenance on our first night from 2am to 6am. We were not communicated about this at all before the outage and as I wake early I had no water when I woke up. If we knew about it we could have prepared a few water bottles and filled the kettle etc.
Worse than that, the outage stretched out until 10.30am so we had no water for about 5 hours. No water to drink, make tea, shower, brush teeth, or flush the toilet. There was a further outage later in the day.
At the price paid for the accomodation, letting us know about the outage in advance should be a baseline expectation. But realistically supplying a few bottles of water would have been the courteous thing to do.
