Parking: 1 reserved parking space labeled 322 is provided. Please park only in the designated space to avoid towing. A parking permit must be picked up from the office and displayed on the vehicle's windshield throughout your stay.

Welcome Bag: We prepare a welcome gift bag with vacation essentials to kickstart your stay. This is placed in the condo prior to your arrival.

Enhance Your Stay with a Linen Package: While we do supply comforters and pillows, please note linens and towels are not included. You have the option to add bed linens or the full linen package onto your reservation for an additional price.

Beach Essentials: We can arrange the delivery of beach chairs, umbrellas, and other beach essentials prior to your arrival for an additional fee.

Enjoy the fresh ocean air from the furnished balcony, stay connected with WiFi, and take advantage of convenient features including elevator access, outdoor showers, shared BBQ grills, on-site Laundry room (extra fees might apply) and assigned parking. Conveniently located near the Wildwood Boardwalk and a short drive from Historic Cape May, you'll have easy access to some of the area's most popular destinations while enjoying ocean views and the relaxing sound of the waves throughout your stay.

Pool Availability Notice: Please note that pool access is seasonal and subject to weather conditions. The pool may be closed during the off-season, during periods of inclement weather, or for routine maintenance, and availability is subject to the property or community's operating dates and discretion.

Non-Smoking Policy: Please note all our properties are non-smoking, and a $500 fee will be applied for any violations of this policy.

Minimum Age Requirement: The minimum age to make a reservation and stay at the property is 25 years old. The guest signing the lease must be present at the property throughout the duration of the trip.
