« This house is very old and not updated. The listing indicated air condition, there was no a/c in the unit. The lawn needed to be cut, the toliet seat was broken and the wifi for the TV wasn't working properly. It is a not a comfortable or a clean neighborhood. »

« The cottage is a full, small house complete with a full kitchen, dining area, living room, bedroom, bathroom and laundry room. It is 1/2 block from the Chehalem Cultural Center and 2 blocks from coffee shops, bakeries and restaurants/bars in a residential area. It is about a 1/2 mile from a grocery store. We did not walk or go to George Fox, but I believe the campus is a short walk from the house. Ours was a mother-daughter weekend with a 3 month old baby. It would be perfect for a couple. ...
