Pros:- Great common areas both inside and outside- Pool and shared space outside is beautiful- Kitchen was well stocked with tools and dishes- Guaranteed underground parking space with easy access to elevator- Secure building and safe area- Convenient location for Mambo Beach shops, restaurants, and bars- All utilities included in price- Property management communication was very prompt and helpful, both before we arrived and during our stayPro or Con:- If you’re looking for a quiet and peaceful stay, this is not it. The cruise ships have excursions to Mambo Beach during the day, and the nightlife and music of Mambo Beach goes late into the evenings. This could be a pro or a con depending on what you’re looking for. Cons:- Property listing is misleading- noted as 2 bathrooms but when we specifically asked prior to booking we were told there were 3 toilets; there is one full bathroom with toilet / sink / shower, one half bath with toilet / sink, and one shower in one of the bedrooms- Bedrooms are incredibly small with virtually no storage; an open wardrobe with a shelf or two, and a rod to hang clothes that is hard to reach if you’re not very tall- Two of the beds are two twins pushed together rather than a king bed. Although that’s not normally an issue, one set was not level and sagged in the middle of one of the mattresses, making it very uncomfortable.
