« Awesome home to stay at! When I travel to Philomath or near for work, this is the place my co-workers and myself get, fair price, all the living amenities needed (washer/dryer, kitchen, separate rooms, living/dining space). The beds are very comfortable in my opinion, I get great sleep! Definitely will be getting this place again when travelling if I come across it available! »

« Yes.except for the ant problem which I am sure you're aware and the sofa being somewhat uncomfortable due to the spring being sprung. The kitchen rug was sent to the laundry room due to it's condition. »

« The house was immaculately clean. The beds (mattresses and pillows) very comfortable – I slept better than at home. The kitchen had everything we needed. The house is close to The Dizzy Hen, Eats & Treats, and other nice places to eat. We definitely plan to stay here again the next time we're in Philomath. »

« We enjoyed our stay at the Little House on Ferry very much! Mary checked in with us shortly after we arrived to see if everything was ok & again during our stay. The location is very quiet, we loved the walk- in shower, the bed was great, and the living room was comfortable & relaxing. Everything was very clean & it was a great place for us to have some quiet after spending busy days at our son's house. »

« This cozy home with large backyard was perfect for our equestrian weekend at Inavale Farms. With 3 bedrooms spaced a part, a full laundry room and patio it was spacious and quiet. Beds are to the firm side, with comfortable linens and A/C units. It was a very hot (100 degrees ) over our stay and house stayed cool.
