1. At the time of booking guests must communicate the name and address as it appears on the photo ID of the (1) person who will be handling check-in. Any changes after the final confirmation has been sent will incur a $99 fee.

2. Credit card is required for a $250 refundable security deposit at check-in. Resort fees for amenities or incidentals are the sole responsibility of the guest.

3. Property manager is not responsible if the resort is running late on check-in time as housekeeping/room turnover is entirely controlled by the resort. That said, the resort will happily stow your luggage while you wait.
