The walls were so thin that I heard every conversation and overstimulated child on our end of the hall. My bed creaked so much that the slightest movement woke me up. Breakfast was underwhelming, and several options were inedible -- undercooked, overcooked or tasted like I imagine a dish sponge tastes. All this would be fine if the costs weren't the same as a Disney hotel on the same weekend.

The staff was friendly and quick to serve. The room was nice and clean. It actually looked newer than some of the other hotels I’ve stayed at. Would definitely recommend and will stay there again in the near future.

The elevator was out of order the day we checked out. We were on the second floor. No one offered to help us with our luggage.

We had a very enjoyable stay. Van, front desk staff, was very pleasant as he checked us in for our stay. The hotel was nice and clean from the moment we walked through the door. The room was nicely furnished and well stocked with the necessary amenities. The bed was very comfortable. The free breakfast was hot and delicious. Coffee and tea were available in the lobby 24 hours a day. We will definitely stay at Holiday Inn Express again.

We got stuck in an elevator for 40 minutes, it malfunctioned on us before it turned off on us. Then they only offered one free night like that was going to take care of the trauma we experienced.

Great location. Just off exit and between Busch Gardens a d Colonial Williamsburg. Place was nice. Staff that we interacted with, were nice. Now I know the A/C systems in most hotel room are noisy. But this one was a little more noisy than most. Was late when this was discovered and didn’t fuss about it. Over all a nice place to stay.

This hotel is about 20 some minutes drive away from York Town or James Town where we visited and so is convinient for us. This hotel is clean, staffs are nice, breakfast is included (food choices not the best but OK), parking is free which is great.

Nice hotel, quiet with lots of dining options. However the bed had strands of hair between the sheets and comforter, a few of the towels provided looked stained or unwashed. I tried calling Housekeeping and the front desk but no one answered. I would have liked to give a higher review since the rom was very spacious, check in/out was easy, but the cleanliness of my room was a absolute turn off.

Very clean accommodations with a nice breakfast in the morning. Staff was very nice and property is in a great location for Williamsburg touring.
