Great place to stay with the family! Friendly staff and quick check-in. Suite was a little smaller than expected, but we made it work. Clean space and no yucky odors. Pool was clean and hot tub was working! Lots of shopping and dining options in the area. Would stay here again when in VA.

The hotel exceeded our expectations! Friendly staff, extremely clean, well kept property, and convenient location close to tourist sites, restaurants, and shopping!! We would highly recommend this hotel and will stay again when visiting the area!

The breakfast was expensive and not very good. TV reception was poor. Sheer curtains in the room were in shreds-we notified front desk and were told they knew about it but were too hard to change.

Property neat and clean with exception of grout and caulking in bathroom. Person who greeted me upon arrival was not pleasant. Seemed annoyed. Told me that my room didn't come with breakfast and " you can have it but will cost you 16.95". I didn't request breakfast when I reserved room because I didn't need it. Very unusal for this hotel. Not what was said it was how it was said

We love to stay here every time we visit Williamsburg, it is a super clean hotel very friendly staff and so convenient to everything!

I was in town visiting family. I checked in SUPER late and to my surprise the front desk attendant, Addie, was soooooo sweet and attentive. The rooms were super spacious and clean. Absolutely no complaints.

The hotel room was nice and clean, most important factor for me. I didn't know how old it is but everything in the hotel and the room itself looks as if it's brand new.

General Manager does nothing to help regular customers even customers who’s bathroom was in operable at no fault of the customer and was very short and rude with me on multiple occasions

One lady anytime me and my girlfriend and our kids would come in would not acknowledge us but let someone walk in right behind us and she was very pleasant towards those guests

Room was ciean and amenities were about what I expected fir the property. The inside pool was inaccessible as it was being repaved. Hosts were attentive and moved rooms when we requested. For the price it was fine, but dated.

We booked this place because it had an indoor pool and hot tub. We checked in and were informed that both the hot tub and pool were out of service and were closed. We had 4 children who were looking forward to swimming for a month and they were all very upset about the pool being closed. The room was visually clean, but if you looked closer it was not up to (my) standards. The air conditioner was not staying on, and our room was very hot for sleeping. The bathroom has no fan, gets steamy when you shower. In fact, there was no fan at all in the room and therefore we had no noise buffer to cancel out all the usual hotel noises you hear throughout the night 🙄 No tv guides in the room so you’re just guessing what each channel is while flipping through. WiFi was really slow and weak as well.

The hotel is very nice, has a wonderful staff, and both a gym and restaurant. The room was excellent, bed was super comfy, and I loved having a pseudo living room to work in when I was there. Lots of food options within a 5 minute walk. LOVED MY STAY
