« We travel to Wilmington a couple times per year to see our son. We stay in the downtown area each time. This condo was one of our best stays. It was immaculate. The host was very responsive and sent our check in info at the perfect time. We loved the 3:00 check in time as it suited our arrival time. This unit comes with a parking pass and that was nice. Many units in this complex do not include the parking pass. If you enjoy walking, you can keep your car in the parking deck all weekend....

« The place is clean and has great access to the beach. The bed is full-sized with an old uncomfortable mattress that needs to be replaced. There are no blinds in the bedroom and there is bright light outside the window, so it was quite light in the bedroom at night. I spoke with the owner after the first night. « This place was amazing. It really was. If you are here during the weekend just know it will be louder than usual because of how lively downtown wilmington is. Close to everything! I recommend the Ghost walk; it was very fun and so close by. The building on the outside looks like a store but thats only a portion of the building.
