The attendant was like if there were none over by the door then they were up on the floors in use. About 30 minutes after we checked in and struggled with our luggage, I received a text requesting that the luggage carts be returned to the lobby if not in use. I was like oh really?? The attendant could have sent out a text for us but did not??? So I went down to the lobby just curious to see if...

« The rooms were very humid, uncomfortably humid. We did switch rooms and that one was slightly better but we all ended up leaving after the first night (of a two night stay). It was very unfortunate. Otherwise the staff was very nice and overall the hotel was clean. »

« Everything was fine, this is a nice hotel. The only problem I had is the level of noise coming from New Circle Rd. I've stayed here in the past and dont remember it being like that. Mayybe it was just bad luck or an entire motorcycle club coming through town between 11pm and 3am! I'd stay here again but will definitely request to be on the far side away from the road. »

« First, the tv wouldn’t turn on. Second, the phone had no cord for the receiver to the phone, so it was I’mpossible to call the front desk about the tv. I had to call the corporate office, on my cell to get the number for the front desk. They came with a different remote and turned it on.. Then it wouldn’t turn off when I was ready to go to sleep. Had to leave it on. Third, there was no way to make the water come out of the shower and no stopper to take a bath. I’m 74 years old and I am on...

« I was only at the hotel for a quick overnight airport connection layover. I chose this hotel for the airport shuttle. What I did not realize was that the shuttle starts at 0430 which was not early enough for a 0500 flight. It was an additional cost to call a Uber for a 0400 pick up. The room was comfortable enough. »

« No one is at the front desk. You cannot check in without calling some handwritten phone number that no one answers. And they charged my cc even though I never checked in or stayed there »
