« The house smells like a bad combination of BO and bug fumigation, which makes sense since everything in the kitchen is weirdly sticky, so they obviously didn’t clean afterwards either. The whole week we kept wondering… do we smell like the house now? I tried to find a different house to switch to but it was too late to find anything else. Also the house is in significant disrepair. « The home has an 80s decor feel to it and could use some updating. It was clean and neat, which is most important to me. It is in a great location, so close to everything (Restaurants, University of Buffalo, Niagra Falls, churches, etc.). The neighborhood is quiet, safe and beautiful for a walk or run. »

« Our family stayed here for a weekend to attend a wedding in the area. It’s a house with 2 separate apartments. Both were clean and comfortable. Gavin was ver prompt in answering my questions. Checkin instructions were very clear. Overall we had a good experience. Thank you Gavin!! »

« Very cute house with lots of character »

« This lake house was a perfect fit for my family. The owner of the property has done a tremendous amount of work to the inside and it shows from the moment you walk in! Sitting on the back deck watching ships & boats pass, super relaxing. Not to mention looking at Toronto on the other side of the lake. Super quiet neighborhood and the surrounding neighbors are friendly. Will definitely book again when we are in the area! »

« Very nice stay on lake Ontario. House was very nice, located right on the water with beautiful views. Minor updates needed, but overall very clean and comfortable. Kitchen is minimal, but sufficient. Owner was very kind and communicated with us regarding all our needs during our stay.One of the members of our party left something behind at the property. The owner went out of his way to bring the bag back abd was very kind about it. »

« This place was the cutest! Perfect for the 2 of us, but plenty of space for 2 couples or a family of four. Location was excellent--we could walk to the grocery store and lots of shops and restaurants. Away from the touristy area, but close enough to be there in 10 minutes or less. It had everything we needed. The shower pressure was amazing. We will definitely stay there again if we are in the area. »

« We didn’t stay. I t was absolutely filthy. No hot water no sheets on the blow up beds? Both front and back door looked to have been kicked in locks changed and painted over. Stove didn’t work the refrigerator leaked. Management very uncooperative. I absolutely feared for my family’s safety and left after 1 hr »

« The property was pretty spacious and clean. It was comfortable for our family of six for the weekend. Sergio (the host) was extremely kind and responsive. We’d definitely stay here if we were to come back to the Buffalo/Niagara area again. »
