« We had such a lovely time at Acorn cottage, it was absolutely perfect in every way. Communication with Maria throughout super easy and the cottage is stunning, probably one of the most well thought out, well stocked getaways we've stayed at. We did plenty of local walks straight from the cottage and had a few stop offs on the way home in the local pub. We also visited on a pretty wintery weekend so it made the forest and the pub that little bit more festive. We would definitely return. »

« We spent 4 great days at Dan's who was so welcoming and friendly. The bedroom is very big and the bed is so comfy. Dans provides some cereals, croissants, orange juice and hot drinks every morning. Another perk was that we could use the kitchen and cook our meals, or take an already prepared salad on the table outside to enjoy the sun in the garden. Cherry on the cake: Dan has got a kayak we used to paddle along the coast which was fun. We practised our English over a drink on our last night. »

« Wow! what a fabulous modern and contemporary home overlooking Hamble Marina, with the village shops just a 5 minute walk away. We stayed here with friends celebrating my 60th birthday and it was such an easy and relaxed place to socialise with a fantastic kitchen, living room and large jacuzzi. All bedrooms are very comfortable, light and roomy, each with their own en suite which was great. Would definitely recommend getting a private chef in which we did one evening, that was a real treat....

« A lovely feeling as soon as you walk in the door. A very welcoming, comfortable and pristine house. Great, secure garden and a perfect location, 5 minutes walk from Burley village where you’ll find a lovely village store, pubs, gift shops and cafes. Great for forest walks. Our Springer had a permanent grin on during our stay! »

« Thoroughly enjoyed our 6-night stay. Cottage was modern yet charming, decorated very well throughout and with a well-equipped kitchen - the welcome carrot cake was a lovely touch! « Ce "room2 Southampton" est une vraie surprise ! Une chambre extrêmement confortable, spacieuse, avec tout le nécessaire (y compris une kitchenette)... bref, on se sent comme à la maison ! La localisation est parfaite, au calme (juste à côté d'un parc qui isole de la circulation), tout en étant à deux pas du centre-ville ; et en particulier à proximité immédiate de quelques excellents pubs typiques de Southampton, avis aux amateurs... J'y retournerai les yeux fermés ! »
