« Unfortunately we were not offered the two bedroom apartment we had booked, instead we were offered a one bed apartment with a sofa bed. The sofa bed was very hard and not suitable for two people, not even children. We requested a partial refund for this and were assured we were entitled to one but this has not been received. « The Retreat was the perfect place to stay in Windermere. It was stocked with everything I needed from an umbrella to salt, pepper and vegetable oil for cooking. The location was ideal. It was close to the train station and the Main Street. It was very quiet because it was on a little side street. I highly recommend it. »
