« This was a great place to stay especially for couples. The pond is very nice with kayaks and canoes available. A fire pit and hot tub at every cabin. The site manager is great and readily available if needed. Will definitely be going back to pond and pine. »

« Please listen closely!! If you pass this place up, I truly feel sorry for you. I am on a first time adventure to Maine from Indiana and this is my FAVORITE place stay of ALL TIME. I wish I had done my homework and planned more time at Desert of Maine. Our cabin was cozy after a nice evening by the fire. Loved the shower!! I will definitely return for a girl's trip with my sisters!! (Cabin 17) »

« The space was beautiful! We had a delicious dinner in Saco, then settled into Carley's tiny home, and got ready to watch the Perseid Meteor Shower. Every detail was thought of and the home was so well done! We could have stayed another evening, easily. We will likely return to this gem! »

« We loved our stay here and can’t wait to return! The view was breathtaking and the peaceful location made it the perfect place to unwind. The dock made getting our boat in and out easy, which was a huge bonus. The cabin itself was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated in a charming Maine theme. Our family had plenty of room to spread out and relax. »

« Fantastic setting, quiet and serene but close to quaint town and shopping. This place is perfect! We had our 2 goldens with us and they loved it too. The shower is amazing. The view-perfect. Wonderful communication from the owners. I highly recommend this place. »

« Do you want a modern way of being outdoors but hate camping? Then look no further than this excellent new cabin on a pond! As soon as you pull up to your cabin you will say things like omg, wow, holy crap and best decision ever! Not only does the outside of the cabin looks the inside is even better! Bonus there is a hot tub on the deck! It is also in a perfect location to explore the surrounding towns and lakes. Highly recommend booking here. Thank you, Pine & Pond!! »
