« This cozy bungalow made outstanding use of all available space. The bedrooms were good-sized and comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped and the basement turned out to be the perfect rumpus room for the younger kids in our group. It would have been nice to have a bathroom on the lower level, but the kids were able to get through the night without it. The park across the street made the location just perfect. »

« Never used the hot tub or even the basement area we only used for storage and shower. The side door never accepted the code so only used the front door. Kitchen was well stocked but only used it a couple of times. We used the house for more of a base to go places. Nice location, safe and quiet. »

« We had a multigenerational group that included infants, parents and grandparents and the house set up was perfect! we highly recommend this home and will stay here again when we visit the location again! »

« The house was very clean and as described. The location was very convenient to walk to old town and a few parks. I went to school in Fort Collins and spent a lot of time in these neighborhoods and unfortunately they’re not what they used to feel like concerning safety. That’s no fault of this home or host, just a note. »
