« Lovely opulent spacious rooms with deep tubs and the staff are quick to respond on any issues or questions. The fireplace was so cozy, lots of comfy pillows on the bed, good water pressure. I enjoyed this place, and definitely will be back! Thank you! »

« They put us in a room under construction when we paid for a premium room. They tried to bill me again and then charge me some sort of tourist fee (I live in the area). They then told me I over paid through Expedia (which has never happened before) but did not offer to refund me any money. The hot tub bathtub was nice but be sure to bring your own toiletries, pen etc. They did have a coupon for Lumberjacks breakfast but the service was terrible and they were very insulting at check in. »
