We had a great time here. Very relaxing and quiet. The house is very comfortable and convenient. Winona Lake is a very friendly town. Great place to spend July 4th.

This house was great! It was clean, well laid out, and had everything we needed. Check in and out was easy, and it was within walking distance to the lake and village.

We had a lovely stay. We had everything we needed, really enjoyed spending time on the front porch each evening with the fire table. Quality bed linens, which I always appreciate. Great location close enough to town, definitely recommend!

Wow! This place was amazing! I felt completely at home. It’s even better than the pictures show. Easily top two places I have ever stayed. Oh! And my dog loved it, too, with the trails near by.

This is a very cute little house. The neighborhood was very peaceful at night and the view of the woods across the street made it feel secluded, even though you are in Winona Lake. I would definitely recommend to anyone!

Great property would definitely stay there again! My only constructive criticism would be, All three TVs in the house have different ways of connecting to getting all the Tv apps. Multiple devices just to turn on and all different brands The toilets seat is loose. All in all a wonderful place to stay. Well appointed and a watermark for cleanliness.

Charming and immaculate, this 2 bedroom property had everything we needed and was perfect for our family. It's conveniently located just a short walk from a public beach, coffee shop, ice cream shop, restaurant and shopping on Winona Lake. The owner was friendly and responsive. We enjoyed evenings on the front porch and used the gas grill to cook dinner one night. The property is equipped with a washer and dryer, beach towels, and several board/card games as well. Highly recommend!

This is the second time I have stayed at this delightful lake cottage in the woods and I hope to return next year! I stayed almost 2 weeks to work on a writing project - perfect for that. The location is ideal - turn left out the front door and you are on your way to forest trails, turn right and you are off to the lake and village! The host is very responsive and the home so welcoming. The only reason I did four stars instead of five is due to a few home upkeep items I mentioned to the host.

Nice, clean, fully updated, little cottage with all amenities in a quaint little village. Perfect place to stay for our weekend getaway. Everyone we met was so friendly and polite. If staying be sure to stop at Trailhouse and rent a bike!

I really enjoyed the location being just a block from the lake and within walking distance of parks, trails, the college, a farmer’s market and fun shops. The host had great taste and decorated the house in seasonal decor. Just right for our party of 3.
