The primary suite has a queen bed, an en-suite bathroom, a flat-screen TV, and a bistro-style workspace, a nice setup if you're traveling for work. The second bedroom has a full bed and a flat-screen TV, and the third bedroom has two twin beds, good for kids or friends traveling together. Central air and heating plus ceiling fans keep things comfortable year-round.
The kitchen has everything you need to cook, modern appliances, a Keurig, a blender, wine glasses, and a 4-person dining table. We don't provide groceries, just everything you need to prepare your own meals. High-speed Wi-Fi runs throughout the house, and there's a washer and dryer in-unit.
Outside, there's a backyard for relaxing or firing up the BBQ grill (note: the backyard is not fenced). Parking is in the driveway, plus free street parking nearby.
You're tucked into a quiet neighborhood, and genuinely central, this is one of the closest properties in our whole portfolio to both the hospital and the mall, under a mile from each. Winston-Salem is compact enough that you can cross the whole city in about 15 minutes.
You're minutes from Wake Forest University, as well as Novant Health and Hanes Mall. About 10 minutes out is Reynolda Village, a beautiful historic estate with gardens, walking trails, and a great lineup of restaurants, sitting right next to the university. There's also Old Salem, a genuinely well-preserved historic district dating back to the 1760s. And you're minutes from a wide range of restaurants and coffee shops, everything from high-end spots downtown to classic casual, plus real scratch-made bakeries and local coffee shops like Lot 63 Coffee in Old Salem.
