Shayla is a wonderful host and responds very quickly. This was our second time staying at her home. Her home is very spacious and she thinks of many wonderful details that make your stay much more comfortable and enjoyable such as providing kitchen sandwich baggies, ample coffee supplies, and anything you could need to cook in the kitchen. We only had a few hiccups. One of the smoke alarms was beeping quietly and voicing that it was low on battery. We replaced the battery to avoid having any night time wake ups. My child tried to unlock the house using the keypad, and accidentally locked us out. Shayla was very quick to respond with a solution. We have a few constructive criticisms. We would recommend scheduling the replacement of batteries of all the smoke alarms. We would also recommend more bath towels, washcloths, and kitchen towels, especially when many folks are staying at once and for almost a week.We absolutely love staying here and Shayla is a fantastic host. I would definitely consider staying again in the future.

The house was absolutely beautiful - and the host was very pleasant and helpful when we asked to cancel our agreement after arriving. The aesthetics of the neighborhood was less than desirable. Broken fences, very (very) tall grass in most yards, broken furniture in front yards and - next door - 3 dogs crated in a garage in 97 degree weather, barking incessantly. Also, the air conditioning in the home did not work. We left the day we arrived.

Fabulous !

Great spacious property and extremely friendly , helpful host. Home from home with everything you can possibly need for your stay. Great location. Spotlessly clean with good quality linens and towels and a super welcome pack provided. All appliances clean and in good working order. Highly recommend. Would definitely stay at this property again.

Family fun

Magnolia Farmhouse was wonderful. My sisters and I were in the area to visit our cousins and their families. It was the perfect place to stay. We had plenty of room and anything we could ask for was provided. We would definitely recommend it to anyone that considers it.

So many unexpected "extras"

The home is beautiful and spotless! It is apparent the owner has given great consideration to any "need" you may have. Upon arrival we found a welcome basket full of goodies which is always appreciated. Our host sent a message shortly after we arrived to confirm that our check in was smooth, which it was.We found the kitchen to be stocked with so many extras: spices, dinnerware for kids, and every tool or appliance you would need to cook a meal. The mattresses were very comfortable including the pull out couch that had a foam topper on it. We felt completely safe here as the doors have an additional chain lock (to keep little ones from getting out). The host also provided electric outlet covers and a box of toys and books. We utilized the laundry room which included regular and scent-free detergent (which is what we needed.) The spacious outside porch was perfect for a rainy afternoon. We did need to reach out to our host with a question during our stay. She responding within minutes to assist us. We would definitely stay here again. The home (and host) provided a great vacation experience!

Don’t Pass This One Up

This propety was very well represented online. The pictures and descriptions are spot on. The home is clean, comfortable, well stocked and very roomy in the living spaces! Great outdoor screened deck with plenty of seating in and outside the home. Would definitely rent it again. I believe one of the best we have ever stayed in. Don’t pass this one up.

Wonderful

In short this place was absolutely perfect for our stay. The pictures and listing is 100% accurate to the actual property. This rental was extremely clean and bug free. Without question this is the cleanest rental I have ever stayed at in Florida. Kitchen is well stocked, plenty of towels in the bathrooms and the living room has a very comfy couch that the whole family can sit on. As the listing says the road can get a little loud for light sleepers. We didn't have that problem because we use fans for white noise. The master bed seemed very firm to me but we all know that's subjective. It would be comparable to a Sleep Number bed set on 65. The screened in porch was very nice and relaxing. The owner is a peach and very easy to communicate with. We didn't have any issues but if we did she would wash them away quickly like water under the bridge. This is our new place to stay when we visit our Florida family.

5-Star Stay

We stayed at the Magnolia Farmhouse for several nights and had the best experience imaginable. The Host was very thoughtful in the way she arranged her home for guests. The home sits in a nice neighborhood and we felt safe leaving our vehicle in the driveway. When you enter the home, you’ll notice that it is stylish, tidy and clean. There are a lot of windows which allow for plenty of sunlight to stream in making the home feel very cheery. The bedrooms and office are well divided so when I stayed up late, I was not disruptive to my husband. The mattresses and pillows were comfortable, and we slept well. We chose to eat-in most meals during our stay and so we appreciated that this home was stocked with a full kitchen including an array of spices, zip-close bags, and a gas cooktop. The kitchen contains everything one needs. The WiFi signal was strong, and my husband was able to connect with his employer without any trouble. We’d highly recommend staying in the Magnolia Farmhouse with such a thoughtful host!
