Clean enough, limited debris, dust and spill marks.Hot tub code didn’t work. Tech that was cleaning it said it had been changed. Reached out to host 4 separate occasions and was told it had not been changed. Never could use the hot tub and over the 2 weeks there.Contacting the host was not easy. Often messages would sit for 12 hours or more or “customer service” would state the issue had been resolved when I still had a problem. Add in long waits on the phone and unhelpful information and it was a truly unpleasant experience. I will not be staying at a vacasa managed property again and would not recommend it to anyone.
