Pictures look great, communication was great and that’s where the “ great” stopped. Bed is NOT a queen , it’s a double. Bed covers and pillows are cheap, thin and dirty. The huge windows next to the bedroom leaked cold air. There were no blankets in the closet or on the bed, to get warm. The large sliding glass door next to couch also leaked cold air , not blanket, throw or anything to cozy up with on a freezing night. The Nest thermostat could not be moved off 62 degrees all night. The coffee maker in the kitchen doesn’t work. The remote to the fireplace was out of batteries / does not work. I’ve stayed in lots of STRenals for many year, this was by far the worst. When I let the owner know privately about my experience , she was snarky , unkind and seemed not to care. I do not recommend staying here. I had a terrible experience.

Great weekend getaway

2 adults & a large senior dog thoroughly enjoyed the condo as well as the area. Communication was excellent, everything was clean and ready to use. Very well located - easily walkable to restaurants and shops. Would definitely recommend & likely to use again. Thanks!

Tipsy Fox Stay

Awesome condo and location! The condo has everything you need! Loved being able to park in the 1st floor garage with bike and ski storage. The park across the street had farmers market and live music and walkability to restaurants, shopping and coffee! Loved reading on the patio. Took a few work calls and zoom calls and wifi worked perfectly!

CO Staycation

The Tipsy Fox is a perfect little spot for a small family and the dog. Super clean, all the modern and updated amenities and a fabulous location! Steps from the park/pavilion, Main Street and our fave burger joint, The Ditch. The huge community hot tub and fire pit are an added bonus. Very dog friendly place.

Excellent for paraplegic access

This was a great property to stay at. Centrally located in Winter Park with the ability to wheel (during the summer) to any shop or activity in town. Condo was on the 3rd floor and elevator worked great everytime. Access thru the garage door and access doors were very accomidating. All rooms were accessible, bathroom, kitchen, bedroom and balcony. My bathroom didnt have a tub, but i didnt ask for that and we made it work. Overall a great experience.

Great condo unit, everything as described and more

Could not have been happier. Unit was convenient to shops and a short drive to the slopes. Everything we needed was included. Loved the QR codes posted around the condo that told us everything we needed to know, including how to use everything and where everything was. We had 3 dogs and they welcomed them, even had dishes there specifically for them. Owner checked in with us during the stay to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. Very accommodating and welcoming, I'm sure would have been there if anything came up but everything was awesome and we never needed to reach out to them. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Fantastic Stay!

Everything on point and easy. Clean, modern, and great location. Hosts have thought of nice little touches including something as thoughtful as having a new sponge for dishes on the counter. Communication was clear and thorough. Would highly recommend this stay!

Great Ski Condo

We had a great time at the Tipsy Fox. The condo was well-decorated, clean, and comfortable. There were lots of cooking amenities and spices on hand. The shuttle to the mountain was close and convenient. We would stay here again!

Spacious, clean, modern and convenient!!

My family and I recently stayed at Tipsy Fox to enjoy a quick ski trip at Winter Park. We have had previous experiences staying at condos in other parts of CO and WY for other ski trips and THIS condo has been our favorite thus far! The condo was very big for a ski resort condo. My husband and I had our own bedroom, my teen slept on the Murphy bed which had a very nice mattress and our 11y.o. got his own space on the pull out couch. The bathrom was very large and they supplied plenty of towels and linens. The kitchen was beautiful and had everything we needed to cook breakfast and one dinner during our stay. Closets galore, fireplace, large tvs, and board games to enjoy. We did not utilize the ski lockers as we kept our skis/snowboards in our truck overnight--we felt good doing this because of the underground, secure, heated garage. We utilized the washer and dryer which is very nice on a ski trip when you are wearing all that gear and want it fresh for the next day. The hot tub is much larger than the pictures show and we enjoyed our time relaxing after a long day. The complex is very close to restaurants, Christy Sports, and the shuttles if you need to use them. The condo and complex were clean, modern, and quiet! Also, the owners were so very kind and accomodating to us when we had a little emergency at the end of our trip; we were so grateful for their kindness and understanding. Would give this place 10 stars if I could.

the tipsy fox ROCKS!!!!!

absolutely one of my favorite vacation rentals to date!!! perfect for a couple, modern, cute, cozy and SUPER clean!! location is great, close proximity to everything in winter park!! the heated garage was a huge perk!!!!! as well as the heated bathroom floor!!!! and the modern flames! i could go on and on! the condo has everything you would want and need and the hosts def make sure to pay attention to the little things. we didnt want to leave, we will def be back!!!!

Comfortable and Convenient!

I loved my stay at Tipsy Fox. The condo was very spacious and comfortable. Plenty of room to rest and relax. The Nest thermostat was incredibly easy and useful in finding a comfortable temperature. Fireplace was easy to use and kept me warm throughout the evening and night. Perfect location with about a 3 min walk to downtown Winter Park. The garage was one of the best perks! Convenient reserved spot that made driving in the morning extremely comfortable

Beautiful Property!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this beautiful dog friendly property! The hosts were exceptional and quick to respond to all of my questions! The condo was less than a block from so many lovely restaurants and pubs. It also has great access to the ski resort and hiking trails! And the hot tub is also a must see! I’ll definitely be back!
