« The hotel is new, very clean, complimentary cofee/hot chocolate machine in the lobby with marshmallows for kids 😁
Movie room in the lobby for kids.
The room is very nice, big enough for our party of 5, with kitchen just like at home (dishwasher, refrigerator…)
Beds are very comfortable.
Breakfast was very good.
They charge $20 for the parking per night.
We will come back »

« Clean, organized room with perfect location inside the Village in Big Bear. The room was warm with the gas fire going while we checked in. Smooth process to check-in remotely. Staff is helpful, reliable, and easy to reach. Comfortable bed and pillows! Very very spacious room; full kitchen, dining table. Comfortable couch and large front room even with the spa there (didn’t use). Parking easy to find with directions from staff that were texted before check-in. »

Cabins are cute and nice but could use a little updating. For the price tho it’s great. »
