« Fantastic location with stunning views in a wonderful community! House was clean and nicely decorated. Plenty of towels and extra bedding. Our only complaint was the lack of dressers. There’s also only one closet and it contains the water heater, so there isn’t much room in there. This wouldn’t be an issue for a short stay. We were there a week. « This was the perfect size for us for a short stay. It had all the essentials, and it was clean and tidy. (We spend most of our time outside and away from our lodging when on vacation.) I discussed a couple of small concerns with the host, and he was very responsive. We would stay there again in the future. »

« A great property at a reasonable price. Jeff is the best host, and the communication couldn't be better. Had a small issue with the coffee maker and it was resolved within a few hours. Reserve this property with confidence that you'll be in good hands. Excellent! Note...the location of the property can be a little confusing until you understand it. Not the host's fault...just is what it is. It's simple, but look at a map before you arrive and you'll understand. »

« Spacious cottage (in a resort full of cottages) nicely located to visit Boothbay Harbor, Wiscasset and a day trip to the Portland coast. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils etc to make it easy to cook. Large table for family game nights. Great beds! The front porch and lawn were better for hanging outside. The back patio area is small and needs cleanup but we did not need it. »
