« The person at the front desk needs to learn how to tell if a room has already been paid for even if it was reserved from a third party. I was charged extra and am still waiting to see if I’m going to have to file a dispute or not. Nothing personal. Just situational. »

« Arrived to find a perk we weren't aware of. Evening food and three alcoholic drinks per adult. We will be staying again!! »

« They contacted us to know at what time we would arrive. We have them the hour and when we arrived no one was here, the door was closed and no one inside. We rang at the door but still no answer. We knocked and same : no answer. There was 3 numbers at the door to contact them but as I come from France my phone couldn’t call an American number so no way to contact them by phone. I rang again and again waiting for 20 minutes on the porch with my luggage and still no one. We were desperate. We paid...

« Bon séjour, hôtel parfait dans cette gamme. Piscine agréable, petit déjeuner avec un peu d’attente. »

« The staff was absolutely rude… nobody seems to communicate amongst the staff. I sent numerous message prior to my stay and nobody bothered to reply. Parking was ridiculous and the staff didn’t know anything about the parking garage that is attached. »

« You had to pay for breakfast separately so I went and picked up delicious donuts from Jacks Donuts across the street. There is a Starbucks near too, but I can’t have that due to allergies! The property is fine and right off the interstate. It was quiet. I just as there only a few hours after delayed flights and rental recalls vehicle shortages! »
