« This establishment is simply insalubrious. It was impossible for me to stay overnight.I have made a reservation elsewhere.I hope that my two nights will be reimbursed.I am enclosing photos taken on the spot on my arrival. « Having stayed in a whole load of hotels on a regular basis, we genuinely cannot compare the service to anywhere else we've stayed collectively. The food was stunning. The garden was gorgeous. The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly. We just wished it was bigger so we could move in! The very individual touch to the room (they know what it is, we won't spoil the surprise for the guests...it's genius)and the bed was VERY comfortable. Great complimentary shower gels and brilliant towels. My...

« My second stay here and it surpassed the high bar set by my previous stay. Got checked in by the manager who had just started there. After finishing my admin, I went on the same 1 hour walk using the same route which takes me through the town centre. It is such a lovely town to walk around. The shower was amazing and allowed me to settle in for a great night's sleep. Breakfast was so much better...

Premier Inn London Hammersmith - Talgarth Road

10/10 Excellent

St. James' Court, A Taj Hotel, London

10/10 Excellent
