« I booked my wife into a handicapped room because she cannot use the toilet or bath without having a handicapped accessible bathroom. When she went to go to the bathroom, the toilet was not flushing toilet paper, or any bodily waste. When we asked the front desk for assistance the person said she would get someone to fix it. « Checked in with staff first day of visit, we're not friendly and did not update about any pool closures. In room, did not have spare toilet paper, shower had hair on the wall and was not fully clean. Toilet used multiple flushes to work properly, and shower would fluctuate from freezing cold to scalding hot. « Our room was very clean. Our housekeeper was very attentive. I couldn’t say enough about her. The front staff was only as friendly as they needed to be never went out of their way. The key cards were very finicky and had to be reset multiple times much to the dismay of the front desk, who were disappointed that they had to fix the keys again. The ice machines were broken on every floor, but the fifth floor with no notes except for the fourth floor. »

« Even with the confirmed booking they tell me that my booking is cancelead and go check any other locations and then instead of suites they allocate 2 seperate rooms to accomodate my young kids to be left out in a seperate room.
