« Honestly I was very impressed. The condo was neat, clean and the bed was comfortable which was very important to me. When said you can walk Downtown,the description is pure fact. « The property was great! Quaint, cute and clean. Perfect short walk to downtown. Stocked with the perfect amenities and necessities. We'll definitely book Downton Annie again. One small note about the parking... Super tight parking, but not much room for expansion, so it's understandable. Just be aware if you drive a midsize or larger. »

« The property is private and comfortable. The bed is quality and you'll sleep well. The kitchenette is stocked with goodies to get you started like coffee and a good tea selection. TV and couch make for a good way to unwind after a day exploring Asheville. The host is amazing and friendly. I'm sure you'll enjoy your stay as much as we did. »

« The unit was great- a bit noisy as it is in the heart of downtown, but they provided white noise machines in the bedrooms for night. Parking is an issue as they note in description but we found a permit lot that was open after 6pm till 8am everyday and all day Sunday that was free so we parked there. Communication with the host was great! Definitely would stay again. »

« Loved this downstairs apartment, as it was clean, well furnished and had a nice deck for hanging out. The kitchen also had everything we needed for some meals. I would definitely stay here again. The only slight negative is that the WiFi is slow, but that’s not what you’re in the mountains for anyway! »
