„The hotel is really pretty walking in as first impression. The staff was super nice and helpful. The hallways were super hot and the room also was upon entry ac set at 75 and took almost into the second day to cool off to 70 degrees so the first night was warmer than I would have liked and didnt sleep with any covers. The walls seem super thin and could hear every one walking down hallway and across hall. Pool was closed for maintance the first day and we didnt have time to use it the rest of ...

„We were in College Station for 7 on 7 State Football Championship. This location was very close to the Veterans Park. The Staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice but instead of two queen beds it was one queen and one double bed but they were comfortable. A/C and internet worked well. The sink didn’t drain well but wasn’t bothersome enough to complain about. Rooms were quiet. Breakfast was the usual continental breakfast. Overall a good place to stay.“

„Super comfortable bed! Very nice room for what we need. Very friendly and accommodating staff. The only complaint I have is that our key cards stopped working 5 times over a period of 3 days. We tried storing the cards in different locations that would avoid deactivating them, but that did not seem to make a difference.“

„We came in for the Brazos Valley Horse Auction. Needed a place to stay for the weekend that was close to sale barn. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. The rooms were clean, well maintained, and very refreshing after being outside all day!“

„Hotel cleanliness concerns
My stay was far below expectations. The room had noticeable dust, the hallways carried a persistent unpleasant smell, and the bathroom door was poorly aligned, making it difficult to use. Toilets tank was leaky.
Although the front desk acknowledged these issues and assured me a refund, they asked me to coordinate with the manager — who has been unreachable and has not returned any of my calls.
Overall, the experience was disappointing, and I cannot recommend this ...

„Wry nice check in staff, but the property is rundown and dirty. There is no AC in the fitness room. The breakfast is not good and very small amount of food to choose from. The bathroom was disgusting as well as the floors. The towels were also gross. Would not stay again.“

„Meine Buchung hat super geklappt, die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich. Man hat sich im Service sehr bemüht mir alles recht zu machen. Endlich gab es mal wieder eine Bedienung zum Frühstück, die gibt es in anderen großen Häusern dort nicht mehr zum Frühstück wohl gemerkt.“

„The front desk clerk. i forgot his name he was so personable. We loved it here we got two rooms they are a little cold when you walk in but it was welcomed in the Texas heat and humidity.. Breakfast was great. We really enjoyed staying here and will definitely stay with this brand again.“
