We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and we wanted to share the following: - The owner sends an email to all guests before their stay describing the new driveway and ramp to help guests more easily access the property, but we're sorry if this caught you off guard. - The owner always tries to have the home prepared for winter conditions, but unfortunately, this storm was unexpected. They remained in communication with your group to help workaround the ice storm. - A professional cleaner cleans and sanitizes the property, and they have always done a thorough job of preparing the home between guests. However, the owner will share your feedback with the cleaner so they can continue to improve for future guests. - The owner works hard to keep the property well maintained and recently made updates including new floors, windows, sliding glass door, stove, curtains, and a new bed in one of the bedrooms. - When you were in contact with the owner about the ice, we wish you would have mentioned your other concerns. They would have been more than happy to help with any issues while you were in residence to make your stay most comfortable.
