« This hotel is huge and was only one third occupied when we visited during the August holiday season. As a result the room was quiet except for some occasional door slamming which would be fairly annoying if the occupancy was higher. There are an indoor and outdoor swimming pool but you need to wear a swim cap which was on sale. The watre temperature of the indoor pool was 28 degrees which for me personally was too cold. « We had two ocean view rooms at the 22th floor which are nice . Sunrise is amazing to watch . Soft bed , great mattresses . The reason I gave two stars is because the manager of the hotel decided to turn off the A/C even tho it’s 25-28 degrees Celsius in the room . We went to the front desk twice . « We really enjoyed our one night stay at this delightful hotel. Service was excellent. Because the hotel was very crowded, our room wasn’t ready when we arrived so we were given drink coupons and sent to the bar. Everything was very clean.
