„In einem ehemaligen Tambo untergebracht Hotel, an dessen Ausbau weiter gearbeitet wird, was auch ein wenig Baulärm verursacht. Das Zimmer war funktional eingerichtet, ohne über den Standard hinaus gehende Ausstattung. Der Fernseher war nicht betriebsfähig. Ich hatte eine Junior Suite mit Terrasse gebucht, jedoch handelte es tatsächlich um ein großes Zimmer mit Balkon.. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Stadtzentrum ist fußläufig über die historische Puente Bolognesi in 15 Min ...

„Das Hotel ist schön und bietet viel Service (Pool, Spielplatz etc.). Auch das Restaurant (das man beinahe zwangsläufig wegens der Entfernung zur Stadt besuchen muss) ist durchaus zu empfehlen. Die Entfernung zu Arequipa macht allerdings vieles kaputt, da kein Flughafentransfer angeboten wird und ein Taxi in die Stadt (geschweige denn zum Flughafen) sehr viel Zeit und Geld in Anspruch nimmt. Für Konferenzen und Leute die nicht an der Stadt oder mit dem eigenen Auto unterwegs sind bzw nicht die ...

„Meine Ankunft um 2 h nachts, der Rezeptionist konnte meine Reservierung im Internet nicht finden, erst nachdem er mich an den Computer ranließ, war das Problem gelöst. Problem: wenig Personal, um das Tor zu öffnen; man muss schon Geduld haben, bis einem aufgetan wird. Man ist aber -sofern jemand erreichbar ist- sehr entgegenkommend und behilflich. Die Einrichtung ist schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen.“

„My son and I stayed at this property twice for about 5 nights. I was super impressed. There were mostly two men who ran the front desk and they were both amazing!! They helped us in many little ways. For example the day we were to fly home one of them arranged for me to see a doctor on short notice to check an injury from our hiking in southern Peru.
