By using or possessing this beach pass, the renter acknowledges and agrees to the following:

* The renter is fully responsible for the care, custody, and return of the beach pass.
* If the beach pass is lost, stolen, damaged, or not returned, the renter agrees to pay the Town's replacement fee of $500, which will be charged accordingly.

Use of the beach pass constitutes acceptance of these terms.
