Wake to sunrise over the water and finish the day with sunset drinks by the pool. Set right on the lake shore of Chinaman’s Island, this spacious retreat offers relaxed luxury the whole family can enjoy.

Inside
Light-filled living areas, indoors and out, look across the pool to the reserve and lake beyond. The beautifully appointed kitchen, complete with butler’s pantry, is made for holiday entertaining.

Upstairs are three generous bedrooms, including a huge master with its own private balcony and views. You’ll also find two bathrooms, a separate powder room and a study nook.

Outside
The huge backyard has room for a family game of footy or cricket. It’s laid out so you can keep an easy eye on the kids while the grown-ups relax.

Right outside your back gate
Wander the island path to fish, spot the abundant birdlife, or catch a stunning sunrise or sunset. A few minutes away is the Yacht Club reserve, with a playground, BBQs, a lake beach and picnic areas overlooking the water. Saturday morning parkrun starts there too.

Bring the boat
The boat ramp at the Yacht Club is just 5 minutes away. Many guests moor in the sheltered lagoon behind the property or park their boat in our long front driveway.
