« El lugar es perfecto para desconectar del mundo, todo es muy tranquilo, las personas del hospedaje (Ricardo, Cinthya y emine) fueron muy cordiales y dispuestos a que pasáramos la mejor experiencia, recomendación llevar ropa para el frío las noches y mañanas son heladas yo viaje en agosto, en las habitaciones hay calentadores entonces no hay problema para dormir, y por último cuando salgan ya de regreso preveer más tiempo de salida ya que es demorado salir de los uros y más si es en la mañana...

There is NO restaurant in there, niether Hot water Nor heating in the room. With the temperature at 5 centigrades or less. I left the hotel the next morning. No BUFFET BREAKFAST. To much lies »

« We stayed for two days at Mirador del Titikaka and had a wonderful experience.
The location is beautiful, with absolutely stunning views overlooking the area.
Romario and Freddy were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They even took the time to give us a tour of the surrounding area, which made our stay even more memorable.
We highly recommend trying the Lomo Saltado—the chef truly knows how to cook, and the food was excellent.
Our dog also loved the stay and especially enjoyed meeting and...

« Hotel Review
I recently stayed at, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing from the start. Firstly, the hotel’s address listed on their website and booking platform is incorrect, which made it very difficult to locate. The actual location is quite different, and it took me extra time and effort to finally find the place.
On the morning after my second night, things took an even stranger turn. The hotel owner informed me that he had booked out the entire hotel to accommodate a...

« ⚠️NEVER STAY HERE! A DISHONEST SCAM⚠️
DO NOT BOOK.
This was the worst experience of my life.
The hosts are professional liars, unreasonable, and have zero hospitality.
They show no remorse and have no intention of improving.
Stranded in the Cold: We agreed to meet at 15:55 at the port because I had no internet.
I arrived at 14:30 to be safe, but they never showed up.
I waited in the freezing cold for over 2.5 hours.
They sent a message saying "Contact us when you arrive"—a complete insult...

Called them on the number pinned to the door and they said they would be there in 1 hour. I returned in 1 hour and no one showed up.
Hotel.com were useless and have refused to refund me as they say I cancelled and the hotel needs to approve the refund in this instance. »
