Nice location in Yerevan with walking distance everywhere. Small store right at the intersection for apartment needs. A little hard to find the building initially as you have to walk down an entranceway for cars to find the building but after that, very easy. Worth booking and coming back to in the future.

Good deal and we'd stay here again

The property manager speaks English and warmly welcomed us even though we arrived at 4:00 AM! The studio was a comfortable size with room to layout both of our carryons on the floor. The air conditioner was nice to have as was the clothes washer. The bathroom had all recently renovated fixtures, but there was some water damage on the wall and the water leaked from the shower into the lavatory area. There is a hair dryer in the bathroom. The closet had sufficient hangers (7) and an iron. The bedside lamps needed charging by plugging the USB into our computers that were plugged in. The bed was okay for my husband, but too firm for me. The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge, cooktop & dishes & cutlery for 2 people. All in all this was a good deal and we'd stay here again!

Very clean and stylish in the centre of yerevan

It was really very nice and newly renovated apartment in the centre of the city. after two minutes walk you will find supermarket, exchange office, drug store, restaurants, cafes, bookestores and parks. The bathroom was very clean and the pressure of the water was also wonderfull in the bathroom. The apartment was fully equipped with everything. I will recomend this apartments to my colleagues and friends.

Clean, new , stylish apartment!

I am very pleased with apartments. Really wonderfull newly renovated in new building. 24 hour security. Apartment is fully equipped with all nesessary staff. High speed wifi and ip tv is also provided

Not a great place. Lots of noise that inhibits one to rest. Not a good customer service either.

Lovely modern apartment

The apartment was spotless with modern furnishings and decor. The kitchen was well set up too. Location was good. Overall no complaints!
