My travel companion became ill while on our trip. The front desk staff (three amazing women) couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful! They contacted the hospital for us and translated between my friend and the doctor whose English was very limited. They made our stay so pleasant.
The hotel itself is in excellent condition. The beds are very comfortable and linens are very high end.
The breakfast buffet is one of the best I’ve ever seen. It contains eggs prepared in three different ways, cereals, cheeses, other hot breakfast dishes, nuts, dried fruit, fresh vegetables, fresh fruit, yogurt, pastries and more.
I would definitely recommend this hotel and would return here if returned to Yeravan.
